Today (Thursday)

Morning - Original Size Pomegranate Paradise from Jamba Juice with Soy Protein Boost

Afternoon - Vegetarian Bowl (rice, black beans, salsa, corn, guacamole) from Chipotle

Yesterday (Wednesday)

Morning - Salad (romaine, 5 ambrosia tomatoes, kidney beans, carrots and Goddess dressing)

Afternoon - Hummus and Tabouli (parsley, tomato, onion, cucumber, olive oil) Salad

Evening - Not quite a full glass of Red Wine

The Day Before Yesterday (Tuesday)

Morning - Hummus, Tabouli Salad, 4 Pita Squares, Tahini Sauce and Edamame (soybeans)

Afternoon - Vegetarian Bowl (rice, black beans, salsa, corn, guacamole) from Chipotle

Evening - glass of Red Wine

The Day Before The Day Before Yesterday (Monday)

Morning - Fried rice with cucumber, cabbage and carrots

Afternoon - Garbanzo Salad (garbanzo beans, celery, pickles, romaine lettuce and Vegan cesar dressing)

Dessert - 2 scoops of vegan ice cream on sugar cone (maple oreo and mocha flavor).
